Each day, you assess workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that elevate both team performance and patient experience. You lead and mentor staff, setting clear expectations while fostering a culture of accountability and respect.Schedule: In this position your schedule would be 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am-2:30pm on Friday.REQUIREMENTSProven ability to lead and manage a team
