Job Description

The Healthcare Construction Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and play a critical role in delivering successful healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Lead and manage healthcare construction projects while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project expectations and deliverables.
  • Oversee project planning, procurement activities, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to maintain successful project outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all project activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing healthcare construction projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance expectations.
  • Experience utilizing project management and scheduling software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
