Join a respected multi-state architecture and engineering firm as a Healthcare Project Architect in Louisville, KY, where you will help grow an in-house healthcare practice while working on meaningful projects such as cancer centers, hospice facilities, and dental spaces. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Project Architect position include:

  • 5+ years of experience in architecture with healthcare project experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required; licensure is required, and candidates able to obtain reciprocity are highly valued
  • Revit proficiency required, with healthcare equipment knowledge considered important
  • Assist in developing project delivery strategies and preparing construction cost estimates
  • Coordinate and direct the project team through site, building, code, and systems analysis
  • Prepare alternative design solutions and coordinate all aspects of the design with the project team
  • Ensure owner criteria, project deliverables, documents, and schedules are met across all disciplines
  • Lead and participate in client and team meetings while helping mentor and develop younger staff talent

Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
