Healthcare Project Manager
- AshevilleThe Healthcare Project Manager
- Asheville will be responsible for:Managing all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.Leading project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Overseeing budgets, forecasting, procurement activities, contract administration, and cost controls.Coordinating project schedules and driving project execution to maintain milestones and client expectations.Collaborating with field leadership to ensuring successful project delivery and proactive issue resolution.Supporting healthcare, higher education, K-12, and municipal construction projects valued at $20M+.Maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance projectMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. - Asheville will have:Demonstrated stable career progression and strong tenure with previous employers.Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects with values of $20M+ preferred.Experience within healthcare and/or higher education construction environments.Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, and financial management capabilities.Residing in or being willing to relocate to the Asheville or greater Western North Carolina region.The Healthcare Project Manager
