Job Description
Lead and manage healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to align project goals and expectations. Oversee project planning, procurement, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Promote safety and quality standards on all construction sites. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Healthcare Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects, preferably in the healthcare sector. 7+ years of project management experience. Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple project aspects. Knowledge of construction regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination. Ability to analyze and resolve project challenges effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
