About the Role:
Vytwo is looking for a talented Healthcare QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of healthcare software solutions that make a real difference in patients' lives. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for healthcare applications
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and API platforms
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clinical stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Continuously improve CI/CD pipeline integration and automated test coverage
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in QA automation engineering, preferably in a healthcare or health-tech environment
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks
- Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or REST Assured
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
