Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters who specialize in Locum Tenens and Advanced Practice (NPs, PAs, CRNAs) recruiting. If you have additional experience with Allied Health or Nursing recruitment, that’s a strong plus.
We’re looking for hunters — proactive, results-driven professionals who thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and making an impact. You’ll have the flexibility and independence of working remotely while earning an industry-leading commission structure (40% of Gross Margin) — one of the most lucrative in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Source, recruit, and place qualified locum tenens physicians, advanced practitioners, and allied professionals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from prospecting and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and healthcare clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance processes.
Meet or exceed performance goals and drive consistent business growth.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in Locum Tenens or Advanced Practiceplacements.
Strong understanding of healthcare staffing operations, compliance, and credentialing.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement and revenue goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset — a true go-getter.
Experience in Allied or Nursing recruitment is a plus.
