Duties and Responsibilities
Recruit new candidates and manage current field staff.
Train new employees and provide orientation assistance.
Determinesapplicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, websites, and other sources.
Negotiates salaries with candidates/external employees.
Scheduling
Always adhere to client confidentiality.
Rotates shifts as part of the on-call schedule
Performs all other duties assigned by Recruiting Manager
Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
Representsthemselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within the designated time.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated fromexecutiveteam.
Requirements
High School Education-associate's degreepreferred
Ability to effectively communicate in English- verbal and written (Additional languages preferred)
Previous Healthcare Recruiting experience
Cold-calling experience
