Immediate need for a talented Healthcare Referral Coordinator – Prior Authorization. This is a 03+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Renton, WA (Onsite). Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate referral and prior authorization requests by gathering information from healthcare providers and members over the phone.
• Enter and update information accurately in healthcare systems.
• Communicate authorization status and help resolve routine questions.
• Review documentation, benefits, and coverage requirements to support timely processing.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service while handling calls and inquiries.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant healthcare, referral coordination, medical office, patient services, or prior authorization experience.
• Strong communication, phone etiquette, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology or utilization management is preferred.
• Note-Competitive pay of $27–$30/hour.
• Monday–Friday schedule with consistent daytime hours.
