Compensation- Pay Rate: $120,000 $180,000 per year + performance-based incentives
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Sales Director to lead marketing, outreach, and enrollment operations within a value-based care model focused on serving senior populations. This leadership role is responsible for driving census growth, building strategic community partnerships, and overseeing high-performing outreach and enrollment teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in healthcare business development, understands the local Newark market, and thrives in a data-driven environment focused on measurable growth and community impact.
Key Responsibilities- Drive overall census growth through strategic outreach and enrollment initiatives
- Lead and manage marketing, community engagement, and business development efforts
- Oversee intake and enrollment processes, optimizing for efficiency and conversion
- Track and report on performance metrics including leads, enrollments, and pipeline activity
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physician groups, senior housing, and community organizations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and enrollment guidelines
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth strategies and performance goals
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to monitor and improve team performance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare sales, outreach, or enrollment
- Strong knowledge of the Newark, NJ healthcare market
- Experience in senior care, managed care, or value-based care models
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable growth
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
