Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Healthcare Sales Executive / Business Development Associate with 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales. This role involves outbound calling, lead generation, follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and onsite client visits. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in healthcare sales and business development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective healthcare clients
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule meetings with potential clients
- Conduct onsite client visits as required
- Present company services to healthcare organizations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Support overall business development initiatives
- Meet defined outreach and activity targets
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales or business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in both phone and in-person interactions
- Willingness to travel within Florida for client meetings
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
