Job Description

HOME CARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Always Best Care of Wesley Chapel is hiring a Home Care Sales Representative to build referral relationships across the Tampa Bay healthcare community and help drive early client growth after licensure.

This is a field based sales role for someone who can open doors, earn trust, stay organized, and follow through. You will spend your time building relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physician offices, senior communities, rehab providers, home health partners, and other referral sources. This is not a desk marketing role. It is a relationship and results role inside a calm, systems driven office.

Pay: $56,000 to $60,000 base salary plus performance bonus tied to referral growth and client starts

Location: Wesley Chapel, FL | Tampa Bay territory

Schedule: Full time, field based

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and manage a weekly schedule of in person referral visits once the agency is licensed

  • Develop referral relationships with:

  • Hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, SNFs, ALFs, physician offices, rehab centers, home health agencies, and community partners

  • Handle gatekeepers with professionalism, persistence, and strong follow through

  • Maintain a clean pipeline with timely notes, next steps, and follow ups

  • Execute a follow up cadence that turns introductions into referral activity

  • Coordinate with leadership so referral handoffs are responsive and professional

  • Support community events and partner presentations that generate referral opportunities

  • Report weekly on outreach activity, pipeline movement, wins, barriers, and risks

MUST HAVE

  • Experience in outside sales, healthcare sales, referral development, community outreach, or B2B relationship building
  • Confidence with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and follow up
  • Strong verbal communication and professional in person presence
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily local travel

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior care, or a related healthcare setting
  • Experience using a CRM or similar tracking system
  • Existing relationships in the Tampa Bay healthcare or senior care market
  • Experience building a territory or referral pipeline from zero
  • Comfort speaking to small groups or representing an organization at events
