Lead Healthcare Construction Projects

Job Description

Lead onsite operations for healthcare projects across the Northeast, Southeast, and Gulf Coast. Oversee field teams, subcontractors, safety, sequencing, logistics, and MEP coordination. Deliver phased, occupied-space projects with 9-12 month schedules. Manage hospital protocols, infection control, shutdowns, and sensitive patient areas. Maintain daily reporting and coordination with project management. Travel to project sites and receive monthly paid home trips.

The Successful Applicant

Superintendent experience in healthcare construction (occupied or ground-up). Based in Houston and able to travel to the Southern states as needed for projects. Ability to travel full time as projects require. Excellent communication and subcontractor leadership skills. Ability to manage multi-million dollar projects with precision and safety focus.
