Healthcare Superintendent - Hospital & Medical Projects

A well-established commercial general contractor is hiring a Healthcare Superintendent to lead projects across the Lansing and Grand Rapids markets! Their healthcare work ranges from hospital renovations to medical facilities and new builds, with a strong backlog of projects lined up. Healthcare Superintendent Responsibilities:

- Run day-to-day field operations on healthcare projects from mobilization to turnover

- Plan work inside active hospitals with infection control and phasing in mind

- Build and manage the field schedule with every subcontractor on site

- Partner with the Project Manager on progress, open issues and owner updates

- Lead jobsite safety and hold every trade to high quality standards

- Coordinate inspections, punch lists and final closeout

Healthcare Superintendent Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects

- Healthcare construction experience required, ideally including renovations in occupied hospitals

- Solid knowledge of infection control measures and air pressure requirements in active facilities

- CHC certification is a plus

- Open to projects in both Lansing and Grand Rapids

Healthcare Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:

- $130,000 - $165,000 depending on experience
