Job Description

The Superintendent will join the Healthcare Construction Division, overseeing both renovation and ground‑up projects within active hospital and medical campus environments. Description

  • Lead onsite construction activities for healthcare projects in active facilities.
  • Coordinate renovations and ground‑up work while maintaining hospital operations.
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and safety on active campuses.
  • Maintain schedule, quality, and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Conduct daily site walks, coordination meetings, and safety reviews.
  • Work closely with Senior Superintendents and project teams.
  • Represent the company professionally with owners, facilities teams, and inspectors.
  • Ensure clean, organized, and patient‑safe job sites at all times.

Profile

  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Healthcare construction experience is required (hospitals, MOBs, active campuses).
  • Experience working in occupied or operational facilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Stable work history required; jumpy candidates will not be considered.
  • Team‑oriented mindset, comfortable working within structured project teams.
  • Local to the Upstate SC market (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, etc.) preferred.
  • Relocation considered, but local candidates can move faster.

Job Offer

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 (depending on experience)
  • Healthcare: 100% employer‑paid medical insurance
  • Car Allowance: $350/month
