Recognized as one of the state's top employers, the company offers a collaborative culture, long-term career growth, and the unique benefits of employee ownership.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesLead on-site construction operations for healthcare and hospital renovation projects
Manage daily activities of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Coordinate construction activities in occupied healthcare environments while minimizing disruptions
Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field challenges
Conduct regular site meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications and healthcare regulations

Extensive healthcare construction experience, including hospital renovations
Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects valued at $25M+Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, quality control, and project execution
Ability and willingness to travel throughout Maine as project assignments require
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience working for a general contractor or construction management firm preferred
