Consistently recognized among ENR's Top 400 Contractors, the company has built a strong reputation across healthcare, life sciences, higher education, and senior living markets.Job DescriptionLead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
Manage jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule performance
Oversee daily field operations and maintain project documentation
Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance
Work closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership
Maintain strong relationships with owners, healthcare staff, and trade partners
Monitor productivity and proactively resolve field issues
Lead punch-list and project closeout activities
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
The Successful Applicant5+ years of experience as a SuperintendentHealthcare construction experience required
Experience managing projects up to approximately $7MGround-up construction experience preferred
Renovation and occupied-facility experience strongly preferred
Healthcare or life sciences project experience highly preferred
Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Stable career history with demonstrated tenure
Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and maintain project quality
