Healthcare SuperintendentA multi-state general contractor with offices in Florida to North Carolina is seeking a Healthcare Superintendent to supervise all on-site activities for interior buildout projects within the healthcare sector. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors and project teams to ensure smooth operations, monitoring project schedules for timely completion, enforcing safety standards and compliance with regulations on-site, conducting regular site inspections to maintain quality control, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates, resolving on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays, and preparing and submitting progress reports to management.A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have experience managing interior buildout projects, preferably in the healthcare sector, strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations, excellent leadership and team coordination abilities, effective communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery, and proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans.What's on offer includes a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per year, a project completion bonus, a strong year-end bonus, and a company match of 5% on 401(k).
