Join One Of Maine's Leading General Contractors!Strong pipeline of healthcare projects throughout MaineJob DescriptionLead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites. Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to guide construction efforts. Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues promptly to maintain quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project requirements and deadlines. Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and site activities.
