Lead Construction Projects
Join a highly respected and established general contractor known for delivering complex construction projects throughout the region. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day construction site operations, leading and coordinating subcontractors, developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project drawings and specifications, monitoring and enforcing site safety procedures, conducting jobsite meetings, coordinating inspections and permitting requirements, identifying and resolving construction challenges, driving productivity while maintaining quality workmanship, reviewing construction documents, maintaining accurate project documentation, and fostering a positive, professional jobsite culture focused on teamwork and accountability.
The successful applicant will have 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Senior Superintendent, experience managing healthcare projects, strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, safety practices, and quality control, experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders, ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, knowledge of scheduling software and construction management platforms, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail, and OSHA training or related safety certifications preferred.
