We specialize in professional IT consulting services, IT Staffing, Business/IT Strategy, Business Process Blueprints, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Transformation.Role: Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) Location: Baltimore, MD / Columbia, MD – Hybrid (3 Days/Month) Job Type: Contract through December 2026 Interview Process: 1st Round Virtual & Final Round OnsiteJob Summary: We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas, with an initial focus on Healthcare/Health Services.Key Responsibilities
- Manage 20+ requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle full-cycle recruiting from intake through hire.
- Source passive candidates, review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Compensation teams.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience.
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare/health insurance.
- Experience recruiting Nurses, Clinical Appeals, UM Specialists, STARS, Risk Adjustment, Quality, or healthcare analytics roles.
- Comfortable recruiting across Healthcare, IT, Operations, and Finance.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, MS Office, and Teams.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
- Self-starter with excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
