As a Senior Associate, on our Epic EHR team, you will work with a team of technical and project management consultant to support integrated initiatives that optimize Epic systems, driving sustainable, enterprise-wide transformation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that address complex digital challenges. Your role will be pivotal in aligning Epic capabilities, enhancing interoperability, streamlining workflows, and improving patient outcomes.

As an Epic Sr. Associate, you will:
Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems
Leverage technical expertise in EpicCare inpatient modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations
Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience, advanced degree is highly desirable
Current EpicCare Certification, with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions
Additional certifications a significant plus (OpTime, Willow, ASAP, Ambulatory, etc)
Deep Clinical Case Management experience to support workflow optimizations to see revenue improvement
The resource would be part of a large integrated team, so standard desires for great communicators, curiosity, critical thinking, apply.
Supporting Utilization Review, efforts to reduce length of stay, AI initiatives related to clinical documentation, etc
7+ years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems with previous implementation experience
Experience providing project management and leadership
Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
The estimated base salary rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans, which include medical, dental and vision coverage, and other wellness programs. The rate range of information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
