Healthcare Telesales SpecialistClearwater, FL Onsite Long-Term to HireTempExperts is seeking a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Telesales Specialist to support patients as they begin their at-home recovery process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a call-center environment, excels at patient communication, and enjoys helping individuals feel confident using their prescribed rehab devices. This is an onsite position located in Clearwater, FL. Responsibilities:
- Make 100150 outbound calls per day to patients.*
- Educate patients on the use of their rehab device and answer questions.*
- Provide basic billing and insurance clarification.*
- Deliver empathetic, supportive customer service throughout the patients recovery process.*
- Meet and maintain performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.*
- Utilize CRM/ERP systems to document patient interactions and follow-up needs.
- Previous telesales or call center experience.*
- Strong communication and call-control skills.*
- Proficiency with basic MS 365 Outlook functions, MS Teams navigation, and accurate typing skills.*
- Positive, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.*
- Ability to work onsite in Clearwater, FL.*
- Quick learner with experience using CRM/ERP systems.*
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
