Job Description
Title: Heat Press Production Finisher
Type of Placement: Temp to Perm
Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay/Pay Range:$16hr

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Verifying shirts counts against work orders
- Reading and understanding work orders
- Removing t-shirt neck labels to prepare for branding
- Heat pressing or pad printing new branded labels into shirts
- Applying stickers to hangtag and Poly bags
- Applying UPC’s and Hangtags to garments by hand or with automatic tagging machine
- Fold and Bag garments by hand or with automatic folding machine
- Pre-packing shirt orders by color, size, and design
- Boxing orders for retail
- Labeling boxes and palletize orders to prepare for shipment
- Helping in other departments as needed
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Organizational skills
Environmental Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat and humidity.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Capabilities:
Most positions may require employees to be on their feet all day. Employees may be expected to lift to 30 pounds throughout the day.
