Comfort Systems PHAC is hiring a full-time Heating and AC Tech - HVAC Tech to join our team in St Croix Falls, WI! We're a company that puts people first. HEATING AND AC TECH - HVAC TECH: PAY & PERKS
This is a performance-based pay job, starting at $28 up to $56 per hour, plus commission, bonuses, and overtime. Our team enjoys great benefits like:

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
This is a full-time job, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You'll also take part in an on-call rotation, and overtime is available. Each morning starts at our main shop before heading out to the day's job sites.
Each day will begin at our shop where you'll meet up with the team and head out to different homes and job sites. During the day, you'll be diagnosing heating and cooling systems, troubleshooting boilers, and working on air conditioners and gas furnaces. You'll also handle regular maintenance to keep systems running smoothly. You'll be working in high-end homes where doing the job right and giving great customer service really matters. You'll have the chance to learn and grow on the job, especially with the support of our mentor/apprentice program. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- Valid driver's license
- AC diagnostic skills
- Gas furnace diagnostic skills
Boiler troubleshooting or any other general experience is preferred!
