Heavy Assembler I (Swing Shift)

We are currently seeking candidates to join our team as a Heavy Assembler I. In this role, you will be responsible for mechanical assembly following established procedures and guidelines. Hours: Mon- Thur 2:30 pm- 1:00 am

What you'll do:

• Run the schedule precisely and accurately, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Follow written instructions and drawings to ensure proper assembly and quality standards.
• Package and label products efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Utilize your exceptional attention to detail to identify and apply the correct assembly parts.
• Perform computer transactions to track product progress and inventory levels.
• Keep up with company work schedule expectations and the physical demands of the job.

What you'll bring:

• The ability to work in a team
• Understanding of oral and written instructions
• Basic math and computer skills
• The ability to use and read a tape measure
• The ability to use small tools and equipment

Base Compensation Range $20.25 - $23.89 per hour + $1/hour shift differential

Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
