We’re looking for an experienced leader to manage large‑scale civil infrastructure projects involving underground utilities, highways, roadways, bridges, structures, and DOT work.This role is for someone who has been there, done that—someone who can take ownership of major projects, lead teams, manage risk, and deliver work safely, on schedule, and on budget.What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
- Coordinating with owners, engineers, DOTs, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Overseeing field operations and resolving issues before they become problems
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Providing clear, consistent updates to leadership and project stakeholders
- Using modern project management tools to drive efficiency and accountability
- 10+ years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects
- Strong background in underground utilities, roadway/highway work, bridges, structures, and DOT projects
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple work streams
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost management
- Comfortable making decisions in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
- Proficiency with project management software and construction technology
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and doing the job
