Job Description

FieldBridge Energy is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator in Belle Fourche, SD to work for the second world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits. Pay is $24 - $26/hr | Monday–Friday, 6AM–6PM | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunity available | At $26/hr and 50 hrs/week for example, earn weekly paychecks of approximately $1,430 gross

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to perform daily earthmoving duties at a mine site in Belle Fourche, SD. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Caterpillar scrapers, dozers, and patrol equipment in a mining or stockpile environment. This role operates under direct supervision with a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Caterpillar 637 scrapers, D9 dozers, and 140 patrol in daily earthmoving operations
Perform overburden handling and ore/soil segregation tasks
Apply general knowledge of hydraulic principles in equipment operation
Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including proper PPE use
Maintain awareness of cost containment and operational efficiency in all tasks

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience operating Cat 637 scrapers, D9 dozers, and 140 patrol in a mine setting, OR experience with Cat D8 dozer and 980 loader in a stockpile environment
Working knowledge of overburden handling and ore/soil segregation
General understanding of hydraulic principles
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
