Job Description

Join a Leading Electric Infrastructure Contractor

We're partnering with a leading electric infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support transmission, distribution, and underground utility projects. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with a strong backlog of work and excellent long-term career potential.

Responsibilities

Operate excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform trenching, excavation, grading, and backfilling for electric utility projects.
Assist with underground conduit, duct bank, and utility installations.
Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
Work with field crews to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience in heavy civil or utility construction.
Experience with underground electric or utility work preferred.
Ability to work safely around existing underground utilities.
Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
