Heavy Equipment Operators – Commercial ConstructionLocation: Tuttle, OKPay: $22 - $24 per hour (Based on Experience)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime Available)Position Type: Temp-to-HireAbout the Role:People Source is hiring 3 Heavy Equipment Operators for a commercial construction project in Tuttle, OK. We are looking for operators experienced in running off-road trucks, rollers, and water wagons as well as those skilled in operating track hoes, dozers, scrapers, and motor graders.We are also hiring Off-Road Truck Drivers, and candidates with military, farming, or beginner operator skills are encouraged to apply for these positions.Essential Job Functions:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on a commercial construction site.
- Haul and transport materials using off-road trucks, rollers, and water wagons.
- Perform earthmoving and grading tasks using track hoes, dozers, scrapers, and motor graders.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Follow site safety regulations and communicate effectively with the team.
- Must have experience operating heavy equipment in a commercial construction setting.
- Off-road truck drivers do not need commercial driving experience but should have relevant skills from military, farming, or similar backgrounds.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and operate equipment for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Tuttle, OK.
