This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment, supporting production operations, and maintaining a safe work environment in a fast-paced industrial setting.The ideal candidate is reliable, consistent, and comfortable working rotating schedules in high-temperature environments.Schedule Details Rotating 12-hour shifts: 7: 00 AM 7: 00 PM and 7: 00 PM 7: 00 AM 4 days on / 4 days off schedule Schedule rotates forward one day each week Transition from days to nights every 4 weeks Annual schedule provided one year in advance Initial training conducted on day shiftRequired Experience & Skills Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, or other heavy equipment preferred Strong commitment to workplace safety and PPE requirements Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Dependable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED Ability to maintain productivity in a physically demanding environment Comfortable working in high-heat industrial conditionsEssential Duties & Responsibilities Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment safely and efficiently Support production operations and material movement throughout the facility Follow all safety procedures, operational guidelines, and PPE requirements Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance concerns as needed Maintain clean and organized work areas Assist production teams with operational support activities Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards throughout the shift Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisorsPreferred Qualifications Previous heavy equipment operating experience Background in construction, roofing, landscaping, manufacturing, or other physically demanding industries Experience working in outdoor or high-temperature environments Forklift certification or equipment operation trainingPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and equipment operation Ability to work extended 12-hour shifts Ability to work safely in hot environments while wearing required PPE Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shiftWork Environment Industrial manufacturing environment Exposure to heat, dust, noise, heavy equipment, and moving machinery Fast-paced production setting requiring attention to safety and productivity PPE required at all timesAdditional Requirements Must pass a drug screen Must pass a background check (7-year lookback;reviewed on a case-by-case basis) Must be willing to work rotating schedules including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Predictable rotating schedule provided one year in advance Four days off between rotations Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Stable manufacturing environment Opportunity to build experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial settingReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
