Heavy Equipment OperatorPay:Starting at $18.00 per hour (DOE)Location:Oklahoma City, OK 73114Shift:Monday Friday | 5: 30 AM Finish(Typically 2: 00 PM 4: 00 PM)Saturday:5: 00 AM Finish(Typically 10: 00 AM 12: 00 PM, as needed)Job Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:126085Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join a manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for safely operating heavy earth-moving equipment to transport raw materials, maintain production flow, and support daily plant operations.The ideal candidate has experience operating large construction or industrial equipment, is safety-focused, and is willing to assist with general production duties when equipment operation is not required.Required Experience & Skills Previous experience operating one or more of the following is required:

• Dozer
• Scraper
• Front-End Loader
• Motor Grader Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment is highly preferredBackhoe and skid steer experience alone does not qualify for this position Ability to work safely in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong work ethic with reliable attendance Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment to transport and move materials throughout the facility Operate equipment efficiently while following all company safety procedures Perform pre-trip and post-shift equipment inspections Assist with material handling and support production operations as needed Communicate with supervisors and team members to maintain efficient workflow Keep equipment clean and perform basic housekeeping around work areas Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance concerns promptly Perform general labor duties when equipment operation is not required Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulationsPreferred Qualifications Experience operating multiple types of earth-moving equipment Previous manufacturing, aggregate, or industrial production experience Strong understanding of heavy equipment safety and preventive maintenance Ability to adapt to changing production prioritiesPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent climbing, standing, walking, bending, and sitting for extended periods while operating equipment Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather and industrial conditions Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as production demands requireWork Environment Industrial manufacturing facility with both indoor and outdoor work areas Operation of large heavy equipment around production machinery and material handling operations Exposure to dust, noise, changing weather conditions, and moving equipment Safety-focused environment requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Why You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay based on experience Stable first-shift schedule with overtime opportunities Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to operate a variety of heavy equipment in an industrial environment Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for advancement and skill developmentReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text (405) 367-3076 for more information.You can also apply in person through:Stand-By Personnel Oklahoma CityMonday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
