Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and flexible Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This role will primarily operate equipment such as front-end loaders and backhoes, while also assisting with manual labor duties when needed. Candidates must be safety-conscious and open to varying shift schedules.

Job Responsibilities:Operate heavy equipment including front-end loaders and backhoesPerform manual shovel work as requiredFollow all safety procedures and guidelinesAssist with general site duties and cleanupMaintain equipment in safe working conditionAdapt to changing schedules and workload demands

Requirements:Experience operating heavy equipment (front-end loader, backhoe preferred)Ability to perform physical labor when requiredMust be flexible with work hours (days/evenings)Strong attention to safety and detailReliable attendance and work ethic

Dress Code / PPE:Steel-toe boots and jeans requiredSafety glasses and hard hat provided by employer
