Salary Range: $100000.00 - $500000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What Youll Do
Build and grow your own insurance agency from the ground up in your local market
Develop and manage your own book of business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
Identify, connect with, and build long-term relationships with individuals, families, and small business owners
Conduct client conversations to understand needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Guide clients through the full process from first contact to policy placement and ongoing service
Continuously prospect for new business opportunities and expand your local presence
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships to strengthen your agency over time
Operate independently while leveraging provided systems, training, and carrier support
Set and execute daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals to drive business growth
RequirementsWhat Were Looking For
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a personal business
Self-driven and motivated to take ownership of results and daily activity
Comfortable working in a performance-based environment where effort directly impacts outcomes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Coachable, adaptable, and willing to follow a proven system while developing your own approach
High level of personal accountability and discipline in managing time and priorities
Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing (support and guidance provided)
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar roles is helpful but not required
