Position Summary

The Installation Helper works alongside Lead Installers to assist in the installation of windows and doors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Lead Installers with the removal and installation of windows and doors
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites
Prepare work areas by protecting floors, furniture, and surrounding surfaces
Measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed
Hold, secure, and position products during installation
Assist with sealing, insulating, and finishing installations to ensure proper fit and weather resistance
Maintain a clean and safe job site during and after installation
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers
Perform general labor tasks as needed to support the installation team
