Practice Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %, Oncology %, Internal Medicine %?: Hematology 50%; Oncology 50% - 0% IM Average Number of Patients Per Day- OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 30 average Average Number of Patients Per Day- HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 0 Clinical Area: Oncology- Outpatient Setting Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

Required Procedures:

Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters
Bone Marrow Biopsy

Required Duties:

Participation on a Tumor Board
Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants
Orders Tests
Blood Bank
Orders Images
Prescribes

Administration of Chemotherapy:

Physician
Nurse oncologist
