Job Description:

Long Term Care facility on site of hospital. Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy Care and other assigned duties.Shift

8 hour shifts
Varied -including weekends, holidays. Candidate Must Be Flexible
No guarantee of hours or shift preference.Proof of flu vaccination required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.

Please plan on having your traveler in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start so they can report to Employee Health Friday morning
