Any travelernot currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply uponacceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start ofassignment.This position is for a candidate with primary ACUTE Inpatient experience Primary coverage in ACUTE REHAB and secondary ICF/SNFRehab.TO EVALUATE AND RE-EVALUATE ASSIGNEDRESIDENTS/PATIENTS; PLAN AND IMPLEMENT AN ONGOING THERAPEUTIC PHYSICAL THERAPYPROGRAM AS PRESCRIBED BY THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN AND/OR CONSULTING SPECIALISTAND PROVIDE CONSULTING PHYSICAL THERAPIST SERVICES. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORKSHIFTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AS NECESSARY BASED ON HOSPITAL OPERATIONS.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.EMR - MeditechRequired skills and minimum years of experience.minimum 6 months work experience in at least 1of the following settings working with adults (Acute, rehab hosp., SNF)Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.BLSShift or schedule requirements.Variable- Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, Tues-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm,or Sun-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm

Please plan on having your traveler in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start so they can report to Employee Health Friday morning
