Overview
Must be able to work in any of the positions available in the Hides Department. Working conditions are wet / damp with temperature higher than 75 degree's. Ability to lift at least 70 lbs. and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Stand for extended periods on concrete/ elevated work platforms
- Must tolerate hot/humid indoor working conditions- 75+ degrees
- Lift 70 lbs. repetitive motions
- Able to work required shift schedule - i.e. Monday thru Saturday and overtime hours
- Use required safety equipment
- Ascend / descend stairs, ladders, trucks, trailers and tractors
- Walk on uneven/ slippery surfaces
- Trimming, stacking
