Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Compensation: $35-$40 per hour.

A family is seeking an experience executive housekeepers to become a key member of the household team, responsible for ensuring that the estate is maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Each Executive Housekeeper is expected to uphold luxury service standards, execute both daily and deep cleaning tasks, and manage laundry and wardrobe care for principals and family members. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team to support an ultra-high-net-worth household. Child care experience is a plus. There are 2 dogs in the home. Languages spoken in the home are English and Spanish.
Main Work Duties:
- Perform daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and upkeep of all household areas, ensuring every space remains polished and guest-ready.
- Laundry & Wardrobe Care: Wash, iron, steam, fold, and properly store clothing, linens, and specialty fabrics; care for delicate, couture, and luxury garments with precision.
- Maintain organized closets, pantries, and storage areas; assist with seasonal wardrobe rotations and inventory management.
- Ensure all bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas meet five-star standards at all times.
- Support estate needs such as pre-event preparations, holiday décor, and property-wide deep cleaning projects.
- Protect and care for luxury finishes, antiques, fine furnishings, and specialty surfaces using proper techniques.
Team & Communication:
- Work collaboratively with fellow Executive Housekeepers, Nannies, Chefs, Drivers, and the Estate Manager to provide seamless household support.
- Communicate clearly regarding household needs, inventory levels, and any issues requiring attention.
- Maintain a culture of teamwork, service, and accountability while respecting household confidentiality.
Required Qualities:
- Exhibit polished grooming and a professional demeanor at all times as a representative of the estate.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, trust, and confidentiality.
- Remain flexible to support varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
- Maintain a “no job too big, no task too small” mindset, always anticipating household needs.
- Demonstrate expertise in laundry and fabric care, handling garments and linens with care and precision.
- Consistently deliver service at or above luxury hospitality standards.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of executive housekeeping experience in a large private home.
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
