Aggressively hunt for new business opportunities and convert leads into active policies.

Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and provide high-value coverage solutions.

Maintain a high-volume pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly production goals.

Leverage agency resources and infrastructure to maximize your sales efficiency.

Act as a catalyst for agency growth by cultivating long-term client relationships.

Requirements

Must hold an active 2-20 license.

Proven track record in a high-performance sales environment (insurance experience preferred).

Unshakeable confidence and a competitive, "slayer" mindset.

Deeply results-driven: You view every conversation as an opportunity to close.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-growth team culture.
