The Role
This isn’t an entry-level sales job. As a Closer, you’ll work with warm, pre-qualified leads — homeowners who are already interested and ready to move forward. Your job is simple: guide them through the final steps and seal the deal.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with pre-set, qualified homeowners in person
- Deliver presentations and overcome objections with confidence
- Close deals consistently and hit/exceed aggressive sales targets
- Collaborate with our team to ensure clients have a seamless experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (home improvement, solar, real estate, or related industry a plus)
- Relentless drive, competitiveness, and hunger for success
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Local to Los Angeles (must be in person in Hollywood office)
