  • Lead component-level issue resolution and support vehicle-level troubleshooting
  • Support production, field-service, warranty, and root-cause investigations involving assigned components
  • Ensure components meet performance, reliability, quality, safety, cost, and timing requirements
  • Drive issues to closure while coordinating activities across suppliers and internal cross-functional teams

  • Two to five years of engineering experience within the automotive industry
  • Experience developing or integrating high-voltage electrical components and systems
  • Understanding of automotive development phases, including mule, design validation, production validation, and production launch
  • Experience managing multiple components, suppliers, and development activities simultaneously
  • Strong technical communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and service teams
