We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations in a specialty/acute care setting. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care, supervise nursing staff, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations and patient care delivery
Manage and mentor nursing staff to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Ensure proper documentation and quality assurance processes

Requirements

Active West Virginia RN license
Proven experience as Director of Nursing in specialty or acute care
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
BLS/CPR certification required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
