HR Operations Manager Leader Needed in Sanford! You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.What You'll Do As a HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for
- Owning the full recruiting cycle, including job postings, agency coordination, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding*
- Providing payroll support and maintaining accurate checks and balances for payroll and time & attendance*
- Ensuring precise HRIS data entry and ongoing maintenance across systems (SuccessFactors, Dayforce, SAP, etc.)*
- Partnering with your client group to support talent management and performance processes, including training needs, succession planning, and people development*
- Serving as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters, employee relations concerns, and HR inquiries, providing clear guidance aligned to policy
- 5+ years of professional HR experience; manufacturing experience preferred*
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, new MPFL)*
- Hands-on HR operations experience, including hiring support, employee relations, and HR policy application*
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
