Job Description
This position is a full-time and permanent opportunity with long-term implications! We are looking for a CNC Programmer and Operator to assist in the creation and manufacturing of custom industrial machinery and control systems for a wide variety of manufacturers.Benefits Upon Permanent Hire for CNC Programmer and Operator

- Set up and programming of CNC mills and lathe (HASS)
- Operate CNC machines to perform machining operations such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding according to job specifications, including loading materials, selecting appropriate tools, and programming parameters
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn tools, troubleshooting as needed
- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Proven experience programming and operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Programming experience
- Lathe experience a plus
- Schedule: Monday- Friday with some Saturdays from 7:00am- 3:30pm
- Temp to hire
- Wage: $20-$30 DOE
