This onsite, full-time role (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm) pays $23–$25/hr and is perfect for a high-energy healthcare recruiter who likes a busy phone and a tidy pipeline.What you’ll handle- Create, post, and manage ads across job boards and social media platforms- Source by phone (yes, cold calling) and follow up consistently- Screen and interview candidates; move them smoothly through the funnel- Coordinate background checks and complete onboarding/data entry in the ATS- Partner with the scheduling team to align hiring priorities

In the afternoon, you’ll guide candidates through next steps, coordinate background-check timing, and make sure onboarding details are accurate so nothing slows down.
