In this role, you'll be a vital part of our finance team, supporting financial accuracy across multiple resort locations to ensure seamless daily operations. You'll work closely with our accounting department to uphold the highest standards of financial integrity and compliance.What You’ll Do: As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Performing daily revenue processing and reconciliation across multiple properties to maintain accurate financial records.*
• Managing daily bank reconciliations following revenue postings, ensuring precision.*
• Supporting general ledger activities, including month-end closing, account reconciliations, and ledger management.*
• Processing and maintaining Accounts Payable using Ottimate, including invoice review, payment approvals, and vendor record management.*
• Managing AP check runs and verifying invoice accuracy and coding.*
• Setting up and maintaining vendor records, including W-9 forms, for compliance.*
• Supporting year-end 1099 processing and tax filings.*
• Reconciling Guest Ledger Accounts, Cash Depository Accounts, and Advance Deposit Ledgers.*
• Assisting with sales and use tax filings for relevant properties.*
• Supporting internal audit procedures, including Site Safe requirements.*
• Preparing and maintaining various corporate financial schedules using systems such as Accumatica, ProfitSword, Stay ‘n Touch, Aireus, Toast, and Microsoft Excel.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.*
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in hospitality or multi-entity environments.*
• Experience with Accounts Payable and General Ledger systems.*
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.*
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or accounting software systems.*
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.*
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational capabilities.
