You’ll work closely with the operations team to help meet production goals and maintain smooth workflow.What You’ll DoAs a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing thorough safety inspections of the forklift before each shift to maintain a safe working environment.*
• Monitoring fluid levels such as oil, water, and fuel, to keep equipment running smoothly.*
• Ensuring packaging lines are stocked with empty pallets and communicating inventory needs to supervisors.*
• Safely removing palletized bags from production lines and transporting them to the stretch-wrapper for secure packaging.*
• Operating the stretch-wrapper to secure loads, replacing stretch film as needed.*
• Stacking palletized goods in designated areas carefully, protecting inventory from damage.*
• Contributing to cleanliness and organization by re-stacking, picking up debris, and maintaining equipment.*
• Reading Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately and loading trucks with the correct SKUs and quantities.*
• Reporting any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.*
• Conducting physical inventory counts of finished goods as required.*
• Performing additional tasks as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.

What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proven experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently, with certification preferred.*
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.*
• Physical ability to climb on/off equipment and sit for extended periods.*
• Strong communication skills to effectively relay information to team members and supervisors.*
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.*
• Competency in reading and writing English to follow instructions accurately.*
• Flexibility to work in various environmental conditions such as dust, heat, cold, and rain.*
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
