Mill Laborer Urgently hiring in Sweet Home!Job Title: Mill LaborerPay: $18.50/HrHours: Monday- Thursday from 5:30 am- 3 pm and Friday from 5:30 am- 10 am with possible overtimeStart Date: ASAPLooking for a rewarding career with growth opportunities? You'll work alongside skilled coworkers to operate machinery, load and unload materials, and ensure the workspace remains safe and organized. This position offers a great chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment.What You'll DoAs a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for: Stacking finished products out of the grading rack onto lumber carts Bundling products as required by work order Assisting coworkers on other moulders as needed Constantly cleaning the work area, including sweeping sawdust and discarding packaging materials Stacking lumber after it has gone through the resaw/ripsaw, onto lumber cartsWhat You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have: Prior experience in a mill or production environment preferred Lumber mill experience is a plus Reliable and dependable work ethic Safety-minded attitudeWhy Join Us in Sweet Home?
